Transformation through Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Do you wish to have a strong and flexible body? How about to be able to maintain a calm and stable mind, with improved introspection? If so, then this practice is for you.
Ashtanga Yoga integrates physical workout and meditation. Although the physical aspect is important, the foremost focus centers around breathing exercises, which results in the transformation one should seek.
I share private classes at my home in Rutherford or online over the Internet.
All genders and all levels, from beginner to advanced, are welcome! Generally, it is recommended to avoid eating for 2-4 hours before attending a yoga class.
Classes are taught both in English and Estonian.
Put on comfortable clothes and see you on the mat!
