Ashtanga Yoga integrates physical workout and meditation. Although the physical aspect is important, the foremost focus centers around breathing exercises, which results in the transformation one should seek.

I also share private classes in studio or online over the Internet.
All genders and all levels, from beginner to advanced, are welcome!
All yoga equipment and props for the classes are available at the studio (mats, blocks, belts, etc.).
Generally, it is recommended to avoid eating for 2-4 hours before attending a yoga class.
Classes are taught both in English and Estonian.
Put on comfortable clothes and see you on the mat!
